Going ‘Gangsta’ on Man-Caused Disasters

Going ‘Gangsta’ on Man-Caused Disasters

In Roland Martin’s liberal world-view, the GOP (and not terrorists) are the President’s foes.

As I was reviewing my morning tweets, I came across an article written by CNN’s resident liberal Roland Martin. The piece was entitled: “Time for Obama to go ‘gangsta’ on GOP”. Martin’s political prose offered some advice for the Commander-in-Chief:

Obama’s critics keep blasting him for Chicago-style politics. So, fine. Channel your inner Al Capone and go gangsta against your foes. Let ‘em know that if they aren’t with you, they are against you, and will pay the price.

The website youdictionary.com defines gangsta as:

gang·sta (gaŋ′stə)
noun
1.a variety of rap music that is distinguished by an emphasis on themes of violence, explicit sex, and drug use also gangsta rap
2.a person who writes and performs this music also gangsta rapper

While Mr. Martin’s vernacular may define ‘gangsta’ in a different manner,  this type of less than cerebral commentary confirms why CNN is in a ratings free-fall. I would respectfully submit Mr. Martin’s suggestion that President Obama go ‘gangsta’ on the GOP is misguided at best. Why not suggest that President Obama and his “man-caused disaster” coddling administration go ‘gangsta’ on terrorists and enemy combatants? For instance, rather than providing the undie-bomber Abdulmutallab with a tax payer funded lawyer after only 50 minutes of “interrogation”, the President and his woefully inept Attorney General Eric Holder could, and should have gone ‘gangsta’. Channel your inner Al Capone Mr. President, the islamo-fascist terrorists want to destroy America. Make them pay the price.

CNN may finish 3rd in March

Communist News Network

CNN, a/k/a Communist News Network on this blog, may finish March in third place in prime-time weeknight ratings behind both Fox News and MSNBC. This would be the first time in its almost 30 year history that it would finish so low. The AP reported:

Through Wednesday, Fox was averaging 2.73 million prime-time viewers in March. MSNBC had 1.16 million and CNN had 1.14 million. The March ratings period ends Friday, and it’s doubtful CNN will be able to overcome MSNBC.

With such personalities as Wolf ‘The Weakside’ Blitzer and Roland Martin, CNN will continue to be a cellar dweller among its competitors.
